Fast food have gained their popularity for their convenience and inexpensiveness. These foods also served as a treat for one's taste buds. Fast food have no or very less nutritional value and can be extremely unhealthy. Fast food have several side effects, and the most immediate effect is on the energy levels that reach their peak on the consumption of fast food items. As one eats a quick-witted snack, the temptation to have more. Is a result proper to this prickle in energy levels. Some times even then energy levels remain high causing sleep disorder. Consumption of fast food causes drowsiness, and the ability to concentrate reduces. This is because the food items are too much in oils calories, fattening. And are not easy to break down. Other side effects are not quick but harm one's health and body.

Most of the junk food have high levels of saturated fat, sugar salt and bad cholesterol which is a toxin for health. They are lacking in dietary fiber, making them easily confused in causing constipation and other digestion disorders. There are many reasons as to why people are eating more junk food nowadays. Firstly they are not getting enough time at home to cook so they choose easier and economical option, which is junk food, secondly fast food are tastier and look attractive. Therefor it has gained popup- arity among youngsters and children. Eating junk food sometimes and not on a regular basis is manageable, but consuming it regularly can put harm to the body. So people must try to put a limit on eating junk foods for a better time ahead. Junk food is very harmful to our health. Packed and oily foods put on sale in the markets that are junk food. Junk food may be tasty, but they do not provide any nutrition to our body, Junk food contains high amounts of sugar, calories and cholesterol. Ice-cream, French fries and burgers are very popular junk food. junk food generally consist of pre-cooked or pre- processed meats. Junk food is on eatable waste that does not benefit our body by eating. Junk food does not help much in the growing of our brain and body. We must cook healthy food in our homes. IT is very important to create awareness of the bad impact of junk food on our health.

They generally ask for the junk food daily basis because they have trend so by their parents from the childhood. They never have been discussed by their parents about the harmful effects of junk food over health. According to research. It has live found the junk food have negative 
crash on body in many ways. They are general fried foods found in the packets. They be come high in calories, high in cholesterol, low in healthy nutrients, high in sodium mineral, high in sugar, starch, unhealthy fat, lack of protein and lack of dietary fibers. Processed and junk food are the mast responsible for rapid and unhealthy weight gain and negatively impact the whole body throughout the life. It make a able person to gain. Excessive weight which is called as obesity. Junk food taste good and looks goods how ever do not fulfill calorie requirement. Some foods like French fries, fried foods pizza, burgers, candy, soft drinks, baked goods ice-cream, cookies, etc. Are the example of high sugar and fat foods. Risk of getting diabetes increasing as one become more obese or over weight. It increases the risk of kidney failure. Eating junk food daily lead us to the nutritional deficiencies in the body because lack of essential nutrients, vitamins, iron, minerals and dietary fibers. It increases risk of cardiovascular diseases because it is rich in very fat, sodium, and bad cholesterol. high sodium, and bad cholesterol diel increases blood pressures and over loads the heart functioning. fat food is very dangers for our health. Junk food are the source of constipation and other disease like diabetes, heart attack, strokes, etc. Because of being poor in nutrition.
